How to Make Fortune Mochi Cookie

  1. Prepare the Mochi Cookie Start with a fully baked and cooled mochi cookie. Make sure the surface is dry so the chocolate sticks well. 2.⁠ ⁠Melt the Chocolate Gently melt white chocolate or dark chocolate sauce until smooth and pourable. Keep it warm but not hot. 3.⁠ ⁠Attach the Gold Coin Dizzle a small amount of melted chocolate onto the centre of the mochi cookie. While the chocolate is still soft, press a gold chocolate coin on top. 4.⁠ ⁠Pack the cookie Allow the chocolate briefly until firm, then pack it with plastic bag and store it at room temperature. Please DO NOT keep some where hot, the chocolate will be melt again.
